Opened in 1966, Longleat was the first ever Safari Park outside Africa. Your drive-through safari adventure will take you unbelievably close to creatures you’ve only dreamed about, so give the rhinos right of way and watch out for the wolves,
Look out across the East African Reserve where the magnificent Giraffe and Zebra graze, wander amongst the playful lemurs via a spectacular overhead bridge, tackle the baobab tree and rope bridge. You’ll be able to see the world’s fastest land animal - the cheetah. When they’re running they can get up to speeds of 70 miles an hour! Longleat monkeys have always been one of the Safari Park’s most memorable experiences with their cheeky antics and Anne the elephant has settled very well into her surroundings since arriving. The Safari Park boasts two prides of lions to drive through and if you're lucky enough you may even spot some lion cubs closely following their parents!
