Experienced tour guides at the Blue Planet Aquarium will take you behind the scenes to otherwise prohibited areas and show you how they care for our extensive collection of marine life. You’ll learn all about what we feed our animals, see how they test the water, visit the training and quarantine areas and even take a walk above the Shark infested main tank!
Venture inside othe mysterious Coral Cave and look straight down below the surface through the floor viewing port holes.
Their new attraction features a giant rockwork cave and state-of-the-art lighting effects and is also home to brightly coloured tropical reef fish species as well as rays and puffer fish.
Visitors are able to explore inside the darkened cave to a central viewing area overlooking a stunning, naturally-themed coral reef display.
Be sure not to miss one of the daily dive shows in Blue Planet Aquarium’s “Aquatheatre”! With its spectacular view of life in the depths around the reef, the presenter will tell you all about the fascinating creatures you’ll see swimming by – including the divers who will be joining in the presentation.
